The objectives
of this Association are:
- To promote friendship,
goodwill and understanding within the Alberta Thai community and with other
groups.
- To maintain and promote
Thai culture within the Association's membership and to share in the multicultural
Canadian society.
- To Promote membership
in the Association and to encourage members to participate in leadership
and volunteer roles.
- To promote and provide
opportunities for cultural, educational, recreational and social activities
of the membership.
- To raise and provide
funds for:
- cultural, educational,
recreational and social activities of the membership,
- the purpose of
acquiring land and/or building to provide and maintain a Thai Center,
- charitable and
social services within the Members' community and to the international
community.
